این سیستم اولین بار بطور خاص برای شرکت سرمایه گذاری و مسکن صنایع کیش در پروژه بزرگ برجهای ساحلی پرشین طراحی و اجرا شد و پس از آن در حال حاضر چند شرکت محدود از پلتفورم پایه (شماره ۱) این سیستم استفاده می کنند. طراحی این پلتفورم ها در بخش مدیریت بازاریابی و فروش شرکت انجام شده و برنامه نویسی و اجرای آن نیز زیر نظر همین بخش صورت پذیرفته است.

Analyze and Forecasting Buyers in Real Estate – Data Mining

Based on the data (more than 65,000 records) which was gathered by SMMS during a year, an intensive data mining is on progress.

This procedure is doing on different fields such as Classification, Clustering and Prediction and primary results had been extracted.
The ultimate goal of this research is to use the results in the current business to optimize the marketing and advertisement strategies.

Many experts in different fields such as Management, Marketing, Economic, Real Estate, Programming, Statistics & Data Mining have been involved in this research.

In the future, this research will extend to general cases.

This is the 2rd part of a Real Estate Sales Engineering Program.

Advanced Sales Engineering Platform – Intelligent Unit Selection Platform for Residential & Commercial Projects – Real Estate

This system is excellent when the customer is far from your company office or when you have HR limitation. This can be useful beside routine sales methods that are already used by sales team and sales agents.

Intelligent web based system to let real estate customers come to the website, give information to the customers, analyze their needs and expectations, lead them through a path and finally suggest them the best choice they can have by accessing full knowledge of both customer needs and Project features and specifications. Hence, it works based on decision-making pattern of real estate buyers.

This is a very smart strategy for real estate companies to minimize the human resource cost, to maximize the capacity to answer large numbers of customers, increase the salesforce efficiency and to show a recent method of presenting residential and commercial projects to the customers.

It is possible to connect this system to SMMS (Smart Marketing & Management System which specially designed & developed for a real estate sales company) to take advantage of a completely new fully developed business intelligence system and finally ease the sales.

In addition, Gamification is applied to this system as well.
